 Easter at St George's


We hope you have a great Easter. Please join us as we share in the Easter story, remember Jesus’ death and celebrate resurection life through our Easter Services.


People of all ages are welcome at all of our services, but there are children's groups available at our normal 10 a.m. services.

Remembering Jesus entering Jerusalem

4pm - Sunday Gathering with communion

Last Supper communion 


7.00pm-  we are having a simple passover memorial service with communion



Friday 29th - Good Friday

Remembering Jesus’ death on the cross


10 a.m.  Good Friday Activity Cafe. A community event for all ages centred around an easter hunt, crafts and games with the Easter Story and a couple of songs. There will be tea, coffee, juice, cakes and hot cross buns available. Click here for more details.


2 p.m. An Hour at the Cross. This is a quiet, reflective service to remember Jesus’ death on the cross and all it achieved for us.


Sunday 31st  Easter Sunday

Celebration of Jesus’ resurrection


8 a.m. Holy Communion (a shorter, quiet service) -

10 a.m. Easter Family Celebration

4 p.m. The Easter Gathering

Community Memorial Service

At 6 pm on 16th May we will host a memorial service for all who have lost loved ones.


At this service there is the chance to remember loved one we have lost, not only in the pandemic, but at any time, and think forward in hope for the future
