Invite your friends and family to enjoy a meal out together at the Havlock.  Booking list & menu is at the back of church, but contact us if you cannot get into church.


Men's meal

A meal out for men at the Biddick club.

Advent Cafe

Sunday 8th December, 10 am.

A celebration of Advent in an informal and family friendly cafe style. Ideal for those with little ones who enjoy making noise and those looking to connect with God in a contemporary and alternative way

Monday Club Christmas Party

Monday 9th December 6.15pm. Kids aged 7-11 get involved and sing some carols in the care home next door, have lots of fun and games and think about an aspect of the Christmas Story.

A Quiet hour to listen, reflect, share thoughts, poems, readings or simply how you are feeling, or sit in quiet


Followed by a hot drinks and Christmas cakes together.


Nativity Service

Sunday 22nd December 10am

A family friendly carol service where children are welcome to dress up and join in. We will also be collecting toys and gifts for needy young people and babies - to be given through Wearside Women in need.

Coffee, tea and mince pies will be served afterwards.




Carols by Candlelight

Sunday 22nd December, 6 pm

Traditional nine lessons and carols, all by candlelight.


Coffee, tea and mince pies will be served after the service.

Christmas Eve Craft Cafe 

Tuesday 24th December, 2-4 pm

During the afternoon the church will be open for the community to come in and enjoy a hot drink and nibbles. There will be crafts and games to entertain the young people and time to celebrate the Christmas story.

Christmas Eve Christingle Service

A family and child friendly christmas celebration


Christmas Eve Midnight Communion

24th December at 11.15 pm


Christmas Day All Age Celebration

25th December, 10 am

Boxing Day Meet and Eat

A celebration lunch for all in the community. A chance to get together with others over the Christmas period. There is no charge for this meal, but donations are welcome and it does require booking as there are limited spaces.
